Give your mom the perfect Mother's Day Gift.
A Living Trust can
provide your mother with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that her
assets and her heirs will be protected in the event that she unexpectedly
become unable to handle her own financial affairs.
A Living Trust can be
written in a way that will pass assets on to designated beneficiaries
immediately upon death, or can designate the assets to be portioned out over
time and in specific amounts. A Living Trust also eliminates the need for
the estate to pass through probate court before it can be passed on to
heirs. |

By putting your assets and real estate into a Living Trust, you can save your loved one the cost and grief of having to hire an attorney and go through the probate process. A WILL IS NOT ENOUGH! A Will will have to be validated by the courts, which means attorneys, hearings and lots of expense. Mortgage payments will have to be made each month while going through the probate process which could take up to two years.
For only $750 now, a Living Trust is formed. Your property and assets are put into the trust. You, as the Trustee of your trust, have full control over your property. You can sell, finance, liquidate, etc. The Living Trust is 100% revocable and your beneficiaries can be changed up until the final moments of your life. The benefit is that once you've past, the control turns over to your Successor Trustee(s) and they can carry out your wishes, without the need to hire an attorney. A Living Trust really is the best gift you can give your loved ones.
